What You'll Do11
- 1Design and implement medication administration protocols to ensure safety and accuracy
- 2Coordinate interdisciplinary communication with physicians and departments
- 3Maintain accurate patient records and update electronic health systems
- 4Manage medication inventory and storage according to safety standards
- 5Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- 6Provide direct patient care during admissions transfers and discharges
- 7Develop training materials for new staff on clinical procedures
- 8Analyze workflow inefficiencies and propose scalable solutions
- 9Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and institutional policies
- 10Collaborate with leadership on strategic departmental goals
- 11Support mental health resources and patient wellness programs
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Basic Life Support - CPR Cert
- 3High School Graduate or equivalent
- 4Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- 5Strong organizational and attention to detail
- 6Experience with EHR systems and medical documentation
- 7Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
- 8Commitment to patient-centered care and cultural competence
- 9Valid nursing license in Florida
- 10Background screening clearance
