What You'll Do7
- 1Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physiological psychological developmental sociocultural spiritual and lifestyle factors
- 2Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care
- 3Administer medications and treatments accurately following physician orders and hospital protocols
- 4Educate patients and families about health conditions treatments medications and self-care strategies
- 5Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care
- 6Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information care activities interventions and outcomes
- 7Drive clinical ladder program participation to achieve salary increases up to 20% through voluntary engagement
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 25+ years working with AWS and Kubernetes
- 33-5 seasons leading teams in healthcare environments
- 4Associate's of Nursing [Required]
- 5Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
- 6Onsite location in Orlando Florida with flexible scheduling
- 7Valid Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support CPR certification
- 8Fluency in English and proficiency with Microsoft Windows programs
- 9Strong abstract reasoning skills for patient assessment and care plan revisions
