What You'll Do11
- 1Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across physiological psychological developmental sociocultural spiritual and lifestyle domains
- 2Develop and implement personalized care plans aligned with patient needs and evidence-based standards
- 3Administer medications and treatments safely while monitoring for adverse reactions
- 4Educate patients and families on health conditions treatments and self-care strategies
- 5Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimize patient care
- 6Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and care activities
- 7Evaluate care plan effectiveness and adjust interventions to improve patient outcomes
- 8Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and regulatory standards
- 9Provide emotional support and therapeutic communication to patients and families
- 10Supervise and delegate tasks to healthcare team members to ensure quality delivery
- 11Respond promptly to code situations with appropriate clinical interventions
Requirements10
- 1Associate's of Nursing degree required with Bachelor's preferred
- 2Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support CPR certification required
- 3Acute care hospital experience preferred
- 4Certifications such as CCNS Neonatal Med PEARS S.T.A.B.L.E. TNCC CCRN-CCPR Gerontological Nurse are preferred
- 5Physical stamina to stand and move frequently in a fast-paced clinical setting
- 6Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- 7Proficiency with Microsoft Windows applications
- 8Ability to perform critical thinking and abstract reasoning for patient assessment
- 9Commitment to continuous professional development and performance improvement
- 10Experience with EKG interpretation and Advanced Life Support requirements
