What You'll Do9
- 1Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across multiple dimensions
- 2Develop and implement personalized care plans based on patient needs
- 3Administer medications and treatments safely following physician orders

- 5Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- 6Maintain accurate documentation and monitor for adverse reactions
- 7Utilize advanced life support and EKG interpretation skills
- 8Navigate Microsoft Windows-based applications proficiently
- 9Apply abstract reasoning to adjust care plans based on patient outcomes
Requirements6
- 1Associate's of Nursing degree required with Bachelor's preferred
- 21+ year of RN experience in ICU ED or procedural settings
- 3Valid Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support CPR certification
- 4Fluency in English and proficiency with digital tools
- 5Strong verbal communication and problem-solving abilities
- 6Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
