What You'll Do11
- 1Plan and coordinate all clinical activities for home health operations
- 2Assess patient needs and design care plans aligned with regulatory standards
- 3Monitor operational metrics to identify staffing and productivity trends
- 4Implement continuous improvement initiatives for cost-effective care delivery
- 5Oversee scheduling and track staff performance
- 6Develop education plans using audit findings to enhance service quality
- 7Ensure compliance with state federal regulations and billing requirements
- 8Hire coach and evaluate employees based on performance criteria
- 9Supervise care delivery to meet patient criteria for services
- 10Maintain qualified staffing levels to support patient needs
- 11Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements10
- 1Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in medical surgical or critical care settings
- 2Associate's degree in nursing or healthcare field preferred
- 3Current RN license with BLS CPR certification
- 4Driver's license with auto insurance
- 5Comprehensive knowledge of home care regulations
- 6Proficiency with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office applications
- 7Strong organizational skills and ability to present information effectively
- 8Interpersonal abilities for effective leadership and collaboration
- 9Experience with OASIS assessment completed
- 10Bachelor's degree preferred with healthcare focus
