What You'll Do11

  • 4Process carrier and client contact changes across internal systems
  • 5Review and update plan documents for accuracy within the internal system
  • 6Perform outsourcing tasks like billing audits and contract reviews
  • 7Create client communications using templates for open enrollment and compliance materials
  • 8Conduct general administration and data entry as directed
  • 9Attend client renewal meetings and mentor junior staff members
  • 10Maintain organization and attention to detail in all documentation
  • 11Ensure timely delivery of notices while staying current on compliance trends

Requirements9

  • 1Minimum 1-2 years benefits experience
  • 2Solid written and public speaking communication skills
  • 3Proficiency with Microsoft Office and emerging technology systems
  • 4Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
