What You'll Do7

  • 1Assist experienced technicians with assembly of electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical products using drawings, BOMs, work instructions, and travelers
  • 2Install hardware including fasteners, brackets, standoffs, cable assemblies, wiring harnesses, and other mechanical components
  • 3Perform basic assembly, material preparation, component handling, and production support activities
  • 4Conduct basic self inspection and verify work completed per instructions and quality requirements
  • 5Accurately complete travelers, routers, and production records and use CETEC ERP to clock labor and review assigned work
  • 6Follow all ESD, FOD, safety, cleanliness, and material handling requirements
  • 7Communicate quality, material, documentation, or equipment issues to experienced technicians or supervision and assist other production areas as needed

Requirements8

  • 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 2Entry level candidates welcome; previous electronics, mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or technical experience helpful but not required
  • 3Ability to follow written work instructions, drawings, and direction from experienced technicians and supervisors
  • 4Strong attention to detail and dependability
  • 5Willingness to learn and work effectively as part of a manufacturing team
  • 6Basic computer skills preferred
  • 7Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and move on the manufacturing floor
  • 8Must pass background check and E Verify checks and meet ITAR requirements
