Electronics and Mechanical Assembly Technician, Manufacturing & Production
Overview
Own hands on assembly and production support for electronic and electromechanical products at scale. Work under supervision to develop practical manufacturing skills, ensuring quality, delivery, and safety across the line. This role combines routine assembly with basic inspection and documentation tasks in a collaborative team. What You'll Do7
- 1Assist experienced technicians with assembly of electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical products using drawings, BOMs, work instructions, and travelers
- 2Install hardware including fasteners, brackets, standoffs, cable assemblies, wiring harnesses, and other mechanical components
- 3Perform basic assembly, material preparation, component handling, and production support activities
- 4Conduct basic self inspection and verify work completed per instructions and quality requirements
- 5Accurately complete travelers, routers, and production records and use CETEC ERP to clock labor and review assigned work
- 6Follow all ESD, FOD, safety, cleanliness, and material handling requirements
- 7Communicate quality, material, documentation, or equipment issues to experienced technicians or supervision and assist other production areas as needed

- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2Entry level candidates welcome; previous electronics, mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or technical experience helpful but not required
- 3Ability to follow written work instructions, drawings, and direction from experienced technicians and supervisors
- 4Strong attention to detail and dependability
- 5Willingness to learn and work effectively as part of a manufacturing team
- 6Basic computer skills preferred
- 7Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and move on the manufacturing floor
- 8Must pass background check and E Verify checks and meet ITAR requirements
