What You'll Do7
- 1Assemble electro-mechanical systems using schematics, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
- 2Wire, test, troubleshoot, and calibrate completed assemblies with multimeters and soldering equipment.
- 3Verify products meet quality and performance standards before release, documenting non-conformances and assisting with corrective actions.
- 4Support prototype builds and transition new products into production.
- 5Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure uptime.
- 6Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment per 5S standards.
- 7Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
Requirements7
- 1Technical degree or certification in electronics, electrical, or electro-mechanical assembly, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 22+ years assembling and troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment.
- 3Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
- 4Experience using multimeters and other electrical test equipment.
- 5Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- 6Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- 7Preferred: manufacturing experience in a regulated environment, Lean Manufacturing principles, and familiarity with FDA or ISO quality standards.
