What You'll Do8

  • 2Follow SOPs with 100+ steps to complete assembly and integration of sub-assemblies.
  • 3Wire 500+ cables and make 900+ connections with small parts.
  • 4Align, calibrate, and test machine functionality throughout integration.
  • 5Maintain precise records and execute work orders under GMP.
  • 6Work independently to prioritize assignments and meet production goals.
  • 7Troubleshoot assembly issues and adjust small parts with precision hand tools.
  • 8Contribute to a team environment with clear communication and a proactive approach.

Requirements7

  • 16 months to 1 year of electrical or mechanical assembly experience.
  • 2Experience with electronic and electrical assembly in a regulated industry (e.g., FDA, ISO).
  • 3Proficiency with hand tools: screwdrivers, pliers, torque wrenches, and wire strippers.
  • 4Strong hand dexterity and ability to handle small parts with precision.
  • 5Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand, bend, or reach for prolonged periods.
  • 6High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 7Proficiency with Microsoft applications for records and work orders.
