What You'll Do9
- 1Build and supervise on-site electrical service calls to generate revenue through high-quality residential work Electrical NEC code
- 2Lead a field team of 3–6 electricians, conduct ride-alongs, and provide in-field coaching on technical skills and customer service Safety Code
- 3Ensure adherence to electrical code and safety standards, and promote job-site best practices Quality Compliance
- 4Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing development of field staff Mentorship Performance

Requirements7
- 1Valid State Electrical License (Journeyman or Master preferred) License Certification
- 2Minimum 5+ years of residential electrical experience Experience Senior
