Electrical Foreman
Overview
Lead electrical crews to design and execute complex installations ensuring compliance with code and project timelines. Manage subcontractor coordination and daily operations across multiple sites. This role drives operational excellence and technical leadership.
What You'll Do9
- 1Design and oversee electrical systems for residential and commercial projects
- 2Lead crews to install wiring and components according to specifications
- 3Ensure all work meets NEC standards and local regulations
- 4Manage inventory organization within service trucks
- 5Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for material procurement
- 6Train apprentices and junior technicians in best practices
- 7Track project progress and maintain accurate documentation
- 8Implement safety protocols across all job sites
- 9Drive efficiency improvements through process optimization
Requirements10
- 15+ years experience in electrical contracting
- 2Expertise with AWS and other cloud platforms
- 3Proficiency in React for internal tools
- 4Certified in AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- 5Skilled in Kubernetes for infrastructure management
- 6Strong knowledge of Spark and Airflow for data processing
- 7Experience with Python for automation scripts
- 8Background in electrical blueprint reading and layout
- 9Familiarity with NEC code updates
- 10Proven track record of leading large teams
