What You'll Do7
- 1Lead and supervise electrical crews of 5 or more electricians and apprentices
- 2Coordinate daily field activities to ensure projects are completed safely on schedule and within budget
- 3Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- 4Plan work assignments manage manpower and coordinate material and equipment needs
- 5Maintain quality control while ensuring compliance with NEC OSHA and company safety standards
- 6Communicate effectively with project managers superintendents subcontractors and clients
- 7Mentor and develop field personnel while promoting a positive team environment
Requirements5
- 1Active Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician License
- 2Experience leading crews on large-scale multifamily residential and/or commercial construction projects
- 3Proven leadership experience managing teams of 5 or more electricians
- 4Strong knowledge of electrical systems construction practices and the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- 5OSHA 30 Certification preferred
Salary Insight
$85 - $105k per year
