What You'll Do10

  • 1Lead on site safety meetings and enforce procedures to achieve zero injuries
  • 2Coordinate inspections with national and local jurisdictions and ensure OSHA compliance
  • 3Manage scheduling of subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to meet project milestones
  • 4Review and maintain pre task plans, job hazard analyses, and toolbox talks
  • 5Maintain daily job logs, timekeeping, and project files with accurate documentation
  • 6Oversee quality control and ensure subcontractors meet contracted scope and standards
  • 7Plan and monitor equipment and material needs including procurement and deliveries
  • 8Mentor foremen and coordinate with project leadership to optimize site efficiency
  • 9Ensure access control, security measures, and site safety signage are in place
  • 10Open and close the jobsite daily and maintain organized, clean work areas

Requirements10

  • 1High school diploma or equivalent with 7 years of skilled electrical experience
  • 2Favorable driver’s license
  • 3Ability to obtain OSHA 30 certification
  • 4Blueprint reading and strong math skills
  • 5Proficiency with electrical tools and basic power/hand tools
  • 6Knowledge of federal, state, local codes and regulations
  • 7Ability to work independently and lead teams in multiple sites
  • 8Background check and drug/alcohol testing clearance
  • 9Experience with planning, budgets, bids, and subcontracts
  • 10Excellent interpersonal communication and mentoring abilities
