Overview

Own critical electrical construction on major industrial projects at scale and travel regionally to ensure on time, safe delivery. Lead multiple crews, drive procurement and scheduling, and enforce safety programs. Collaborate with foremen and project teams to deliver high quality electrical installations. This role combines hands on work with leadership responsibilities and site coordination in a contract to hire position.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Lead and supervise crews 2 to 15 members to meet project milestones
  • 2Perform project take offs and manage scheduling and planning to align with deadlines
  • 3Order and manage materials and ensure timely delivery for project needs
  • 4Communicate daily progress and issues with site foremen and project stakeholders
  • 5Review project prints and develop look ahead schedules to maintain workflow
  • 6Establish workflows and sequencing to meet timelines and budgets
  • 7Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of safety across sites
  • 8Handle instrumentation and conduit runs and perform hands on execution as needed
  • 9Engage in hands-on electrical work when required to support project needs
  • 10Maintain documentation and reporting to track progress and compliance

Requirements5

  • 1Licensed as a journeyman or master electrician
  • 2Experience as a lead foreman or superintendent on at least one project
  • 3Strong skills in electrical work including conduit, generator, and switchboard installation
  • 4Proficient in MS Suite with solid computer skills
  • 5Experience on at least one industrial job site as an Electrical Superintendent or Foreman
