Overview
EHS Manager for Watts Regulator Company, driving safety across North American distribution centers. What You'll Do8
- 1Drive compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, interfacing with officials from OSHA and EPA as needed.
- 2Deliver safety training covering New Hire Orientation, Radiation Safety, Powered Industrial Trucks, and Fall Protection.
- 3Lead incident investigations using root cause analysis, ensuring corrective actions are implemented and sustained.
- 4Develop and report EHS metrics including recordable injuries, lost time, and training compliance to leadership.
- 5Coordinate emergency response and business continuity plans for the distribution network, including severe weather response.
- 6Partner with medical teams to manage injury triage and transitional return-to-work programs.
- 7Foster proactive safety culture through employee engagement and STOP Work initiatives.
- 8Standardize safety practices across all distribution centers, aligning with corporate ISO45001 standards.
Requirements8
- 15+ years of EHS experience in distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or warehousing.
- 2Bachelor's degree in industrial health, safety, engineering, or related physical science.
- 3Pursuing or holding ASP or CSP certification preferred.
- 4Experience with multi-site responsibilities and travel up to 35%.
- 5Experience with SAP and incident management systems.
- 6Knowledge of OSHA and EPA compliance programs.
- 7Familiarity with ISO45001 and ISO14001 standards.
- 8Professional certification such as ASP, CSP, CIH, or PE preferred.
