Own program quality, compliance, and growth for a Day Program serving a developmental disability community with on-site operations in Phoenix. Lead staff performance, member engagement, and adherence to DDD standards at scale. Collaborate with a team focused on growth, safety, and inclusive activities.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Lead hiring, onboarding, and ongoing coaching for staff to meet program needs and compliance
  • 2Maintain provider-to-member ratios per DDD guidelines and manage weekly staff schedules
  • 3Drive enrollment growth through outreach and events, and conduct tours for families
  • 4Develop monthly activity calendars and integrate member input into programming while documenting outcomes
  • 5Ensure all required authorizations are in place before services begin and submit accurate reports on time
  • 6Prepare and manage program budget and purchase supplies while ensuring safety and accessibility
  • 7Oversee transportation operations, routes, and scheduling with safety and efficiency in mind
  • 8Conduct routine fire drills and maintain facility compliance standards
  • 9Maintain and document teaching strategies, attendance, medication, and incident records with 24 hour reporting
  • 10Monitor and improve quality and accuracy of staff documentation and program records

Requirements6

  • 1Previous supervisory or management experience
  • 2Experience in a Day Program or similar setting preferred
  • 3DDD experience is highly welcomed
  • 4Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • 5Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • 6Knowledge of compliance and documentation practices preferred
