Lead clinical operations across AZDHHS-licensed home health and DDD programs, reporting to the COO. Manage 5+ nursing staff, ensure AZDHHS compliance, and drive client recruitment. Shape care quality and growth.
What You'll Do8
- 1Direct all clinical operations for the AZDHHS-licensed home health program, implementing policies and maintaining survey readiness.
- 2Recruit home health clients by building referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community partners.
- 3Hire, onboard, and schedule nursing staff, pairing them with clients based on clinical needs and compatibility.
- 4Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans for home health clients.
- 5Serve as clinical resource for DDD clients, handling medical evaluations and coordinating with the DDD Director.
- 6Oversee medication management for both programs, ensuring accurate MARs and staff training.
- 7Maintain AZDHHS compliance, leading surveys and implementing corrective action plans.
- 8Drive home health business growth by expanding referral networks and identifying service expansion opportunities.
Requirements8
- 1Current, unrestricted RN license in Arizona.
- 23+ years of clinical nursing experience; home health or community-based care preferred.
- 3Nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- 4Working knowledge of AZDHHS home health regulations.
- 5Experience with DDD clients or HCBS settings preferred.
- 6Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills.
- 7Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- 8Experience with pharmacy coordination and medication management.
