What You'll Do9
- 1Lead DSP residential staff to deliver personalized care and promote skill development
- 2Oversee daily activities and schedule management for residential members
- 3Supervise health safety protocols including assistance with activities of daily living
- 4Maintain accurate records and report quarterly compliance data
- 5Ensure adherence to Arizona licensing and TOT policy standards
- 6Collaborate with families and stakeholders to advocate for member voices
- 7Implement data collection systems for member progress tracking
- 8Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery
- 9Foster inclusive community engagement through program advocacy
Requirements8
- 1Minimum 18 years old with Arizona driver license and non-restricted vehicle record
- 2High school diploma or GED with demonstrated communication proficiency
- 3Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook Word Excel
- 4Preferred experience in intellectual and developmental disabilities field
- 5Ability to pass fingerprint clearance card requirements
- 6Physical stamina to lift 40 pounds and perform manual tasks
- 7Strong teamwork skills across diverse groups
- 8Commitment to inclusive practices and positive member advocacy
