Residential Direct Support Professional

You will provide compassionate care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home setting, fostering independence and community involvement. You will own daily living support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities at Success Rehabilitation, Inc., ensuring their safety, dignity, and personal growth. You will assist with ADLs, implement individualized support plans, and transport clients to appointments and community activities. You will work with CNA-level care in a residential setting, backed by a supportive team and paid training. This role offers full-time and part-time hours with advancement paths in human services.
