Dock Coordinator, Warehouse & Logistics at Primo Brands
Overview
Dock Coordinator at Primo Brands will oversee loading and unloading at the dock for a bottling facility, coordinating inbound and outbound loads and optimizing dock door usage. You will work with SAP for order posting and use PINC yard management to maintain accuracy. This role sits in Greenwood IN with Monday to Friday evening shifts and requires some holiday/weekend coverage. You’ll join a growing team focused on healthy hydration and sustaining a diverse portfolio.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and maintain daily dock schedules for inbound and outbound loads to maximize efficiency
- 2Coordinate truck traffic and dock door utilization to improve throughput and reduce dwell time
- 3Monitor and reconcile dock activities in PINC and SAP, ensuring accurate yard and inventory data
- 4Post orders in SAP and upload supporting documents for freight roll accuracy
- 5Investigate inventory discrepancies and report failures to sustain traceability and FIFO/FEFO standards
- 6Maintain 5S standards and a clean safe working environment in warehouse, dock, and yard areas
- 7Support production with PO creation and supply data as needed
- 8Operate forklift safely and in compliance with safety policies
- 9Complete product traceability and withdrawal reports within preset timelines
- 10Ensure inbounds/returns are received within 24 hours and 90%+ dock office KPIs are achieved
Requirements10
- 1High School Diploma or GED
- 22-3 years of inventory or warehouse experience preferred
- 3Strong customer service and communication skills
- 4Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- 5SAP knowledge is a plus
- 6Forklift and yard truck experience preferred
- 7Ability to work independently and in a team
- 8Flexibility for overtime, vacation coverage, and off-shifts
- 9Strong English communication skills for customer service
- 10Organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
