Distribution Driver Check-In Clerk, Beverage Logistics & SAP Ops
Overview
Own the inbound freight scheduling and documentation flow at a leading beverage distributor. Scale coordination across drivers, returns, and warehouse systems to ensure accurate data entry and smooth warehousing operations. Collaborate with front office, safety, and operations teams to maintain efficient delivery and inventory accuracy. This role is unique in integrating SAP with multiple warehouse systems and field operations.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build driver manifests and billing documents to support accurate invoicing
- 2Schedule inbound freight and reconcile receiving paperwork with SAP data entry
- 3Maintain accurate return processing, including returns coding and sales orders in SAP
- 4Perform bin to bin movements and assist on customer pick up docks using RF and related systems
- 5Participate in inventory counts and ensure safety standards are followed
- 6Assist with scanner, Bev Scan/Bev Pro/Roadnet/Mobilecast issues and trainings
- 7Attend safety meetings and report equipment and safety needs promptly
- 8Complete tasks with cross-system workflow including Bev Scan, Bev Pro, Roadnet and Mobilecast
- 9Support warehouse team during peak periods and extended hours as needed
- 10Contribute to a positive team culture with attention to accuracy and efficiency
Requirements5
- 11 year of experience
- 2Knowledge with modern warehousing practices and methods
- 3Ability to lift up to 48 pounds and operate forklifts or pallet jacks
- 4Comfort with extended hours, weekends, and peak season schedules
- 5High level of accuracy in check-in, invoicing, and data entry
