What You'll Do8
- 1Receive product from suppliers using RF scanners, verifying incoming inventory counts against purchase orders.
- 2Put away inbound pallets in racked and bulk locations, staging pallets for selection and replenishment.
- 3Replenish pick locations by moving product from reserve to active slots using electric pallet jacks.
- 4Complete the forklift certification program and operate counterbalance forklifts for loading and stacking.
- 5Pick customer orders by following sequences on the warehouse management system screen, stacking cases for delivery.
- 6Identify and remove damaged product from stock, reporting discrepancies to the lead.
- 7Follow all safety protocols, including OSHA guidelines, to maintain a clean and accident-free floor.
- 8Meet daily productivity standards for cases picked and pallets moved, logging performance in the system.
Requirements7
- 12+ years warehouse experience in a distribution or logistics setting.
- 2Ability to safely lift 40-60 lbs repeatedly throughout shifts.
- 3High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 4Valid certification or willingness to earn forklift certification within first 30 days.
- 5Experience with RF scanning devices and basic computer data entry.
- 6Must be minimum 18 years old and pass a pre-employment background check.
- 7Forklift operation experience in a warehouse environment, with pallet jack proficiency.
