What You'll Do11
- 1Lead sales efforts and membership growth strategies across multiple studios
- 2Oversee grassroots marketing and community networking initiatives at the district level
- 3Support and guide General Managers in executing the sales process to drive prospects into intro classes
- 4Manage staff schedules and ensure appropriate staffing across all studios
- 5Monitor retail and studio inventory across locations to ensure accurate stocking
- 6Analyze revenue and attendance reports via ClubReady and implement corrective actions where needed
- 7Enforce all ClubPilates policies and procedures across the district
- 8Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions to generate leads
- 9Attend and organize networking events and studio promotions for the district
- 10Provide high-level customer service oversight and resolve escalated issues
- 11Any other duties as assigned
Requirements9
- 12+ years of multi-location retail/service or fitness sales management experience
- 2Proven ability to lead and mentor General Managers and Sales Associates
- 3Experience managing revenue streams across multiple locations
- 4Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 5Highly organized detail-oriented proficiency in data management
- 6Ability to excel in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- 7Passion for fitness and understanding of the Pilates industry
- 8Professional punctual with high standards for reliability and appearance
- 9Proficiency with computers and studio management software
Salary Insight
$85 - $121k per year
