What You'll Do15
- 1Lead, mentor, and develop Area and Studio Managers to meet performance standards and foster positive studio culture

- 5Oversee daily operations of 5-12 studios ensuring policy compliance
- 6Conduct 8-hour shift studio visits to assess performance and provide guidance
- 7Analyze sales data and operational reports to identify improvements
- 8Drive product display optimization and inventory management
- 9Execute promotions aligned with company goals
- 10Manage budgets to ensure locations stay within financial targets
- 11Serve as primary communication link between studios and corporate
- 12Partner with HR for recruiting and onboarding new studio staff
- 13Participate in strategic planning for district growth and new studio openings
- 14Ensure clean safe environments meeting health regulations
- 15Lead in-store events and community partnerships to boost client engagement
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading multi-unit retail teams
- 35+ years experience with Google Suite applications
- 45+ years in retail management with proven sales results
- 5Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams
- 6Strong organizational skills for managing multiple locations
- 7Excellent communication abilities for cross-level relationship building
- 8Analytical skills for interpreting sales data and making decisions
- 9Customer-obsessed mindset with passion for retail experiences
- 10Knowledge of health and safety regulations for piercing procedures
- 11Frequent travel requirement up to 75% within assigned district
