What You'll Do25
- 1Educate train and maintain compliance with company standards
- 2Provide daily supervision and direction to technician production staff
- 3Communicate effectively with all subordinates
- 4Suggest motivation plans to achieve work goals
- 5Monitor technician performance regularly
- 6Fax order parts and document conversations in management system
- 7Compare invoices against requisitions to verify quality and quantity
- 8Follow up on parts back orders and document actions
- 9Coordinate returns and credits of parts
- 10Notify CSRs and team about parts backorder status
- 11Conduct customer calls between 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM to confirm appointment windows
- 12Reshuffle routes and provide feedback to dispatcher
- 13Field ETA calls from customers and advise on status
- 14Order parts from select vendors and track ETA dates
- 15Contact consumers when parts arrive and schedule installation
- 16Secure vendor invoices and provide copies to A/P
- 17Return parts to vendors as needed
- 18Work closely with A/P on aftermarket orders
- 19Process part returns daily and confirm credits
- 20Confirm no parts are missing at shop locations
- 21Review dispatches from technicians via Mobile Solution
- 22Alert billing department when jobs complete for billing
- 23Receive and handle rescheduled job requests
- 24Contact consumers for uncompleted jobs
- 25Notify consumers when OE special order parts arrive and schedule
