What You'll Do16
- 1Schedule and dispatch HVAC and Plumbing technicians based on service requests technician availability and geography
- 2Coordinate daily technician schedules to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
- 3Communicate work orders job assignments and schedule changes to field technicians
- 4Monitor technician progress throughout shift and adjust schedules as needed
- 5Answer calls emails and assist customers with scheduling and service inquiries
- 6Maintain accurate dispatch logs schedules and service records
- 7Coordinate with management to resolve scheduling conflicts and service issues
- 8Create review and process purchase orders reconcile them against vendor invoices receipts and work orders
- 9Clean up and maintain open aging and unmatched purchase orders research discrepancies
- 10Follow up with vendors and technicians on missing documentation pricing and receiving confirmation
- 11Prepare review and process customer invoices verify completed work orders labor hours materials and pricing
- 12Reconcile invoices purchase orders and service tickets to ensure billing accuracy
- 13Process customer payments maintain payment records support AR by monitoring outstanding invoices
- 14Communicate with customers regarding billing questions payment status and corrections
- 15Assist with month-end billing and administrative reporting
- 16Participate in rotating on-call schedule with $125 per on-call period and extra 0.5 hour per call

- 2CPC Card certification
