What You'll Do13
- 1Proactively gain and maintain a full understanding of our portfolio of products and services
- 2Effectively summarize and relay information
- 3Achieve productivity standards and goals set by the company while maintaining high quality
- 4Work well independently within guidelines and complete work without requiring follow-up
- 5Analyze data from previous appointments, understand each technician's abilities, and apply this to new appointments, ensuring the appropriate technician is sent
- 6Communicate opportunities that exist on appointments to encourage and motivate technicians, helping drive performance
- 7Manage a geographical territory, producing the best outcomes possible from appointments within the assigned territory
- 8Understand and communicate expectations, executing processes even if challenged by a technician or peer
- 9Monitor and identify incorrect work-orders, correct mistakes, and partner with managers to resolve issues
- 10Alert managers as processes or expectations fail to be met
- 11Strong Phone and Interpersonal Skills
- 12Computer literacy and Data Entry Skills
- 13Ability to interpret city/county maps
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Minimum of 2 years of versatile Dispatch experience
- 3Minimum of 45 wpm, and manage multiple computer screens
- 4Able to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-discipline environment
- 5Able to make good decisions and resolve issues in a clear, calm, and diplomatic manner
- 6Strong Phone and Interpersonal Skills
- 7Computer literacy and Data Entry Skills
- 8Ability to interpret city/county maps
