What You'll Do8
- 1Develop and execute TA strategy aligned to business objectives for salaried and hourly field roles across the US and Canada.
- 2Own the TA technology stack, including Workday ATS, CRM, and AI-enabled sourcing tools, ensuring adoption and data quality.
- 3Build dashboards and reporting on key TA metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost per hire) to drive data-informed decisions.
- 4Lead and coach a team of TA Partners, Operations, and Early Careers managers to foster operational excellence.
- 5Design and optimize the candidate experience across regions, collaborating with Employee Experience and Corporate Communications.
- 6Manage the TA budget, track ROI, and optimize resource allocation across internal teams and external vendors.
- 7Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing insights on talent market trends and workforce planning.
- 8Ensure all recruiting processes comply with US and Canadian laws, including OFCCP, EEO, and AAP programs.
Requirements8
- 110+ years of HR and corporate talent acquisition experience
- 2Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or business-related field
- 3Proven success leading TA strategy and enterprise TA tech stack (ATS/CRM, analytics, event management)
- 4Experience managing TA compliance programs including OFCCP, EEO, and AAP in the US
- 5Strong communication skills with the ability to present to executive leaders
- 6Demonstrated experience with large-scale, companywide project management and technology-enabled process enhancements
- 7Proficiency with MS Office Suite and applicant tracking systems; Workday experience preferred
- 8Practical knowledge of integrating AI tools with ATS/HRIS to improve recruiting efficiency
