Overview
MedSpeed seeks a strategic leader to design and govern operational infrastructure driving predictable revenue growth. This hybrid role based in Chicago combines in-office Thursdays in Elmhurst with remote flexibility. The Director will serve as the commercial backbone integrating sales marketing and customer experience through integrated processes and scalable technology. Successful candidates will combine strategic thinking with operational execution to improve commercial performance and enable data-driven decisions.
What You'll Do11
- 1Lead annual revenue planning territory design quota development and capacity modeling
- 2Develop revenue forecasts and scenario analysis for executive decision-making
- 3Monitor pipeline health sales productivity and revenue performance against objectives
- 4Build executive dashboards providing visibility into commercial performance
- 5Optimize sales processes pipeline governance and CRM strategy
- 6Manage territory alignment account assignments lead routing and sales reporting
- 7Partner with sales leadership to improve forecast accuracy and operational consistency
- 8Administer sales incentive compensation and performance measurement
- 9Establish single source of truth for commercial metrics standardizing segmentation forecasting and renewal analytics
- 10Design end-to-end commercial workflows improving cross-functional handoffs and automation opportunities
- 11Govern commercial operating procedures document best practices and leverage commercial technology ecosystems
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's degree in business finance analytics or related field
- 210+ years progressive experience in revenue operations sales operations or commercial leadership
- 3Proven success supporting sales and customer success organizations
- 4Experience implementing and optimizing CRM and commercial technology platforms
- 5Strong background in forecasting analytics reporting and process improvement
- 6Ability to influence executive leaders and drive cross-functional initiatives
- 7Experience leading organizational change and scaling commercial operations in growth-oriented businesses
- 8Background in B2B services healthcare logistics or recurring revenue environments
- 9Knowledge of customer success methodologies net revenue retention and healthcare operations
- 10Strong project management skills managing cross-functional teams in complex settings
- 11Excellent communication negotiation and executive relationship-building abilities
