Overview
The Director of Human Resources will lead HR and payroll for the district at scale, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws. You will shape policies, resolve employee relations issues, and drive performance management. Collaborate with administrators, teachers, staff, and external partners to build an inclusive, high-performing culture. This role offers a strategic mix of policy development, people operations, and payroll oversight within a public school system.
