Overview

You will own enrollment and marketing strategy for a multi-school network serving preschool and elementary students across the Bay Area. You will build and execute recruitment campaigns, manage admissions pipelines, and partner with school principals to hit enrollment targets. This role combines hands-on sales with data-driven marketing, and you will report directly to the CEO. You will also lead a small team of admissions coordinators and marketing specialists.

What You'll Do8

  • 1Develop and execute a multi-channel enrollment marketing plan targeting new families for preschool and elementary programs.
  • 2Drive inquiry-to-enrollment conversion by designing follow-up sequences, hosting open houses, and conducting campus tours.
  • 3Build and manage the admissions pipeline in CRM (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) to track leads, communications, and outcomes.
  • 4Train and mentor enrollment coordinators on outreach strategies, parent engagement, and closing techniques.
  • 5Analyze enrollment data monthly to identify trends, adjust marketing spend, and report ROI to leadership.
  • 6Partner with school principals to align enrollment goals with academic programs and school culture.
  • 7Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources across paid ads, events, and community outreach.
  • 8Maintain a strong presence in local Bay Area communities, including partnerships with daycare centers, libraries, and parent groups.

Requirements8

  • 15+ years of experience in enrollment management or marketing for preschool or elementary schools.
  • 2Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 3Proven track record of meeting enrollment targets in a multi-site school environment.
  • 4Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • 5Strong written and verbal communication skills for parent-facing content and presentations.
  • 6Ability to lead and motivate a team, with experience supervising staff.
  • 7Knowledge of Bay Area school communities and local market dynamics.
  • 8Valid driver's license and ability to travel between school sites as needed.
