What You'll Do6
- 1Lead center operations to ensure safe, compliant day-to-day activities for ages 0-5.
- 2Manage enrollment, tuition, budgeting, and growth initiatives to support program expansion.
- 3Oversee curriculum implementation and staff development to maintain high-quality early education.
- 4Partner with families to support engagement, communication, and outcomes.
- 5Monitor licensing compliance and prepare for inspections to protect program integrity.
- 6Supervise and coach team members to build a positive preschool culture.
Requirements5
- 1Associate's or Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, child development, or related field
- 2Meets California Community Care Licensing requirements for a Preschool Center Director
- 3Experience as a preschool director or site supervisor in a licensed childcare center
- 4Knowledge of California Title 22 and Title 5 regulations
- 5Strong leadership, family engagement, enrollment management, budgeting, and program growth skills
