What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and scale the in-house evictions team with documented processes and live metrics within 60 to 90 days
  • 2Design end-to-end workflows and SOPs across Arizona Texas and North Carolina to ensure timely accurate filings
  • 3Drive cost efficiency and manage internal fee recovery while maintaining compliance and attorney involvement as needed
  • 4Own the metrics for evictions including on-time filing rate filing accuracy cycle time and documented savings
  • 5Build a centralized leasing function including lead response application-to-lease conversion and a high-quality showing experience
  • 6Scale Centralized Leasing to 5–10 people and monitor lead response time showing volume and tour-to-lease conversion
  • 7Create a centralized collections function to maximize total collections reduce delinquency and recover balances
  • 8Own metrics for collections such as collections ratio delinquency rate bad debt write-offs and recovered balances
  • 9Recruit train and manage teams across all three departments and maintain consistent performance standards
  • 10Partner with property management and accounting on delinquency ledgers occupancy and resident communications and report to the President of Operations

Requirements5

  • 17+ years in property management operations collections or eviction landlord-tenant work
  • 23+ years leading people in a centralized operation environment
  • 3Experience building or running centralized operations in multifamily or property management
  • 4Strong command of metrics software and documentation with a data-driven management style
  • 5Knowledge of landlord-tenant law and summary eviction procedures with Arizona experience preferred
