What You'll Do11

  • 1Direct daily operations of Corporate Finance Department including accounting financial reporting payroll and treasury

  • 4Partner with leaders to provide financial insights support strategic initiatives and promote stewardship
  • 5Monitor accounting standards update ensure compliance and implement automation initiatives
  • 6Oversee foundation accounting gift tracking and donor fund compliance
  • 7Manage cash management treasury functions and coordinate grant billing and collections
  • 8Stewards resources minimize liabilities and lead continuous improvement projects
  • 9Develop budgets partner with CFO manage long term debt accounting and compliance reporting
  • 10Collaborate with internal audit legal HR and operational leaders to ensure regulatory alignment
  • 11Drive organizational strategy through financial analysis and stakeholder communication

Requirements10

  • 17 years experience in accounting 4 years leadership experience
  • 2Certified Public Accountant license highly preferred
  • 3Master’s degree in accounting finance or related field
  • 4Experience with tax exempt accounting fundraising and donor restricted funds
  • 5Healthcare accounting background academic healthcare research and teaching
  • 6Public accounting experience process improvement automation initiatives
  • 7Strong knowledge of GAAP internal controls and SEC regulations
  • 8Proficiency with ERP systems time and attendance platforms and document repositories
  • 9Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial software skills
  • 10Demonstrated ability in personal organization time management and teamwork
