Facilities Property Coordinator at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta
Overview
Own day-to-day facilities operations and special projects for the North Druid Hills campus, supporting Facilities Engineering, Healthcare Technology Management, Parking, Security, Safety, Food Service, and EVS. You will ensure regulatory compliance and accurate records while delivering exceptional customer service to staff, patients, and families. This role offers the chance to work with Workday and online work order systems in a leading children's hospital.
What You'll Do10
- 1Support the Facilities Property Manager with daily operations and special projects, including vendor contract management and access badges.
- 2Assist in developing capital and OPEX budgets, contributing to a five-year maintenance and improvement plan.
- 3Manage office duties: visitors, email, phone, and coordinating building events with facilities departments.
- 4Act as liaison for facilities questions, ensuring consistent communication with policies and life safety requirements.
- 5Create, track, and close online work orders using Workday and other systems.
- 6Confirm invoices for contracted services and one-time projects.
- 7Conduct property inspections with vendors, including janitorial and landscaping.
- 8File Certificate of Insurance for all vendors and maintain records.
- 9Support the Safety department with fire drills and safety captains; maintain emergency contact lists.
- 10Order janitorial supplies and coordinate staff meetings, agendas, and special projects as assigned.
Requirements8
- 11+ year in commercial real estate property management or related experience.
- 2Bachelor's degree in business management, administration, or operations field.
- 3Experience with online work order systems and Workday.
- 4Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- 5Demonstrated initiative, sense of urgency, and deadline orientation.
- 6Excellent customer service skills with all stakeholders.
- 7Strong oral and written communication, teamwork, time management, and financial acumen.
- 8Preferred: experience tracking tasks in a fast-paced environment.
