What You'll Do10

  • 1Build meaningful client relationships by providing personal care, hygiene support, and transportation to appointments and activities
  • 2Design and implement daily living routines and therapeutic activities to enhance client independence and engagement
  • 3Coordinate with clinical staff to monitor progress and document outcomes in client records
  • 4Drive clients to appointments and community outings, ensuring safety and accessibility
  • 5Assist with therapies and recreational activities to support cognitive and behavioral goals
  • 6Support team by maintaining a clean, organized residential environment and ensuring safety protocols
  • 7Provide compassionate, respectful support to clients with varying medical needs and behavioral challenges
  • 8Contribute to a collaborative care plan by communicating observations and progress to supervisors
  • 9Document client interactions accurately to support ongoing treatment planning
  • 10Participate in on-call coverage as needed to support PRN responsibilities

Requirements7

  • 1High school diploma or GED
  • 2Must be 18 years or older
  • 3Valid driver’s license with responsible driving history
  • 4Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • 5Experience working with medically complex or behaviorally challenged individuals is preferred
  • 6Must be able to work PRN hours in a residential setting
