What You'll Do7
- 1Build patient rapport through comprehensive assessments and cleanings to improve oral health outcomes
- 2Deliver evidence-based hygiene treatment and education to patients
- 3Maintain accurate medical history documentation and dental charts
- 4Collaborate with the clinical team to develop personalized care plans
- 5Utilize diagnostic tools and digital records to support treatment decisions
- 6Participate in continuing education and mentorship programs to enhance clinical skills
- 7Support the office in maintaining high standards of infection control and patient safety
Requirements8
- 1Current North Carolina dental hygienist license
- 2Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene
- 30-1+ years of clinical experience (preferred)
- 4Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems (preferred)
- 5CPR Certification
- 6Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform essential duties with or without accommodation
- 7Availability for virtual or in-person training sessions throughout the year
- 8TB test required prior to start in most states with exceptions per state policy

$89 - $112k per year
