What You'll Do8
- 1Deliver prophylaxis and periodontal therapy for a full patient schedule, prioritizing comfort and thoroughness.

- 3Document patient medical histories and periodontal charting in Dentrix with precision and speed.
- 4Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide sedation for anxious patients, adapting to individual needs.
- 5Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care, tailoring recommendations to their lifestyle.
- 6Sterilize instruments and operatory surfaces per OSHA standards, maintaining a flawless clinical environment.
- 7Collaborate with Dr. Marvelli on treatment plans, contributing your clinical insights for comprehensive care.
- 8Assist with CAD/CAM same-day crowns when needed, expanding your skills beyond traditional hygiene.
Requirements8
- 12+ years clinical experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist
- 2Active North Carolina dental hygiene license in good standing
- 3Certification in local anesthesia and nitrous oxide administration
- 4Proficiency with Dentrix or similar practice management software
- 5Experience with digital radiography and intraoral scanners
- 6Ability to manage a schedule of 8-10 patients per day with efficiency
