Customer Service Representative, LEGO North America Seasonal
Overview
Own customer interactions during peak season at LEGO with a hybrid remote/office setup in Tempe AZ. You will support fans globally via phone and email and solve brick based issues using available tools. You will join a collaborative CSE team focused on delivering the Play Promise at scale and creating magical moments for fans.

Requirements5
- 1Customer service experience in retail or inbound sales preferred
- 2Comfortable with virtual assessments and a private space to work remotely
- 3Ability to multi task prioritize and maintain attention to detail
- 4Willingness to work in a dynamic fast paced environment and adapt to shifts including weekends
- 5Access to secure Wi fi network and reliable home workspace
