Overview
Own guest experience at scale in LEGO Brand Retail stores while performing cash register functions and maintaining brand standards. You will engage with guests of all ages in a vibrant, interactive environment and contribute to a safe, visually stimulating store. This role blends customer service, operations, and merchandising to deliver inspiring play experiences.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build signature guest experiences through greeting guests, handling transactions, and maintaining professional tone
- 2Deliver LEGO Brand Retail visual standards and clean, safe store environment
- 3Safely operate the stockroom and assist with receiving merchandise while following safety regulations
- 4Resolve customer issues and escalate as needed to ensure guest satisfaction
- 5Engage with guests and leverage promotional materials and loyalty programs to drive engagement
Requirements5
- 1availability for up to 25 hours per week including at least one weekend day
- 2physical ability to perform store duties including frequent standing and lifting up to 30 lbs
- 3comfort working varied hours including days, nights and weekends
- 4prior retail or guest-facing experience preferred
- 5familiarity with store procedures and register systems
