Overview
You will own store operations and team performance at the LEGO Brand Retail location in Opry Mills in Nashville, TN. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, mentor a collaborative team, and ensure every guest interaction reflects the LEGO Brand. What You'll Do8
- 1Drive store sales by coaching the team on LEGO brand values and guest engagement.
- 2Lead daily operations, including scheduling, payroll, and inventory management.

- 4Maintain merchandising standards to meet planned sales and KPI targets.
- 5Handle loss prevention and cash management procedures to protect assets.
- 6Deliver an inspiring guest experience through hands-on play and product knowledge.
- 7Support the Store Manager in achieving operational goals and store performance.
- 8Coordinate store events and promotions to drive traffic and engagement.
Requirements7
- 12+ years of management experience in a retail environment.
- 2Proficiency with Point of Sale systems and computer applications.
- 3Experience with loss prevention and cash management.
- 4Skills in recruitment, training, and performance management.
- 5Ability to manage scheduling and payroll.
- 6Expertise in space management and visual merchandising.
- 7Capable of constant moving, standing for at least two consecutive hours, and lifting at least 30 lbs.
