Overview
You will own multi-store operations across North Nashville, driving sales, merchandising, and team development for Dollar Tree. You will train on the job to master district oversight, partnering with Store Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences. What You'll Do9
- 1Develop store leaders who deliver shopping experiences that exceed customer expectations.
- 2Analyze district sales results and trends to increase sales and maximize profitability.
- 3Maintain inventory mix and merchandise presentation to maximize sales in each store.
- 4Partner with store managers to recruit and train new associates and foster leadership growth.
- 5Manage payroll hours and ensure accurate cash control through regular store audits.
- 6Monitor inventory shrinkage and implement corrective actions across the district.
- 7Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a safe, respectful, and friendly store environment.
- 8Build meaningful relationships with associates, leaders, and communities served.
- 9Travel up to 50% with occasional overnight stays to support store operations.
Requirements7
- 15+ years of leadership and supervisory experience.
- 22+ years of merchandising experience.
- 32+ years of recruiting experience.
- 4Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 5Valid driver's license.
- 6Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. and meet physical demands including walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
- 7Multi-unit retail management experience, preferably with hardlines or variety merchandise (preferred).
