Overview
We seek a Sales Associate who will ensure a signature experience for every guest in Nashville, Tennessee. You will perform cash register functions while portraying a professional gracious friendly and engaging manner. The ideal candidate will maintain a clean safe and visually stimulating environment and resolve customer issues promptly.
What You'll Do8
- 1Greet every guest in your location and operate the cash register efficiently
- 2Provide a clean safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties and maintaining store displays
- 3Safely operate the store stockroom and assist in receiving merchandise while adhering to safety regulations
- 4Know and execute LEGO Brand Retail visual standards
- 5Report challenging situations to management and drive operational improvements
- 6Utilize promotional materials and loyalty programs to engage customers
- 7Maintain inventory levels and notify management of potential shortages
- 8Scale store operations to meet sales targets and support team goals
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in retail
- 3CPC Card certification
- 4BCBA certification
- 5AWS Certified credentials
