What You'll Do11
- 1Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles features and benefits
- 2Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers while balancing multiple accounts in a busy retail environment
- 3Meet customer needs by supporting omnichannel services to ensure a positive shopping experience
- 4Execute and expedite point of sale transactions and complete floor replenishment and shipment
- 5Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program including credit and rewards
- 6Minimize store loss by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe clean store
- 7Own customer interactions and drive sales through effective communication and problem solving
- 8Scale daily operations by adapting to fluctuating demand and seasonal trends
- 9Drive inventory accuracy through regular audits and restocking
- 10Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance family experiences
- 11Maintain accurate sales records using POS systems
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing high volume retail environments
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4AWS Certified cloud fundamentals
- 5Python proficiency for data analysis tasks
- 6React development experience for digital platforms
- 7Kubernetes basics for infrastructure management
- 8Strong mathematical reasoning and analytical skills
- 9Excellent multitasking abilities under pressure
- 10Proven leadership potential in fast-paced settings
- 11Commitment to continuous learning and development
