- 1Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles features and benefits
- 2Confidently resolve issues and balance multiple customer interactions in a busy retail setting
- 3Execute point of sale transactions and maintain accurate sales records
- 4Perform floor replenishment and shipment coordination
- 5Communicate promotions and loyalty programs to drive customer engagement
- 6Minimize store loss through exceptional service and maintaining a safe clean environment
- 7Support omnichannel initiatives to enhance the shopping experience
- 8Maintain store appearance and adhere to safety protocols
- 9Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
- 10Adapt to seasonal demands and varying schedules including nights weekends and holidays
- 11Uphold company values of caring teamwork flexibility and growth
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in fast-paced retail environments
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA credential valued
- 5AWS Certified relevant experience
- 6Ability to lift 40 pounds with frequent bending stooping reaching pushing and pulling
- 7Availability for extended periods standing walking climbing ladders
- 8Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 9Proven ability to multitask under pressure
- 10Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
