- 5Report operational issues shortages or concerns to leadership
- 6Execute merchandising tasks such as folding hanging replenishment and recovery
- 7Support floor moves and transitions under leadership guidance
- 8Build working knowledge of store systems and daily processes
- 9Resolve basic customer issues and escalate when needed
- 10Represent Rally House with enthusiasm and professionalism
- 11Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time

- 2Previous customer-facing experience preferred
- 3Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
