What You'll Do11
- 1Drive revenue and provide exceptional guest service through relationship building product knowledge and store presentation
- 2Complete opening closing procedures and sales tasks with a guest focus
- 3Locate merchandise effectively and maintain organization
- 4Process transactions quickly and accurately handling cash and providing change
- 5Adhere to loss prevention practices report incidents and protect company assets
- 6Maintain a safe work environment and report hazards to leadership
- 7Participate in inventory preparation and assist with merchandising displays
- 8Keep store area clean and presentable
- 9Represent brand adhering to dress grooming standards
- 10Perform physical tasks including standing sitting reaching kneeling and climbing ladders
- 11Lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance
Requirements8
- 1Minimum age 18 years
- 2Physical ability to stand sit reach kneel and climb ladders frequently
- 3Experience with Spark and Airflow for ETL pipeline development
- 45+ years building and scaling retail operations
- 5Strong communication skills and ability to exceed guest expectations
