What You'll Do8

  • 3Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and walk-in cooler, keeping prep stations full.
  • 4Take inventory and complete daily paperwork that tracks food and supply usage.
  • 5Clean equipment and facility daily, including hot surfaces, walk-in cooler, and prep areas.
  • 6Train new hires on Domino's products, processes, and technology, including DSS and Car Side Delivery.
  • 7Communicate clearly with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
  • 8Use Domino's technology like the Driver app and DSS to manage orders and deliveries.

Requirements8

  • 11+ year in fast-food or retail customer service, handling cash and phone orders.
  • 21+ year operating commercial kitchen equipment like ovens, pizza cutters, and dough presses.
  • 31+ year using point-of-sale systems and Domino's proprietary software.
  • 4Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide quickly and accurately, and make correct change.
  • 5Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders efficiently.
  • 6Eye-hand coordination to make precise movements rapidly, including shaping dough and using a pizza peel.
  • 7Must lift up to 50 pounds for bulk deliveries, and carry 30-pound pizza sauce cans.
  • 8Must stand for long shifts and tolerate temperature swings from 36°F cooler to 90°F+ ovens.
