Customer Service Manager, Printing & Design Operations
Overview
The Customer Service Manager will own the end-to-end customer experience for printing and design projects at scale across phone, email, and in-person channels. You will report to the owner, coordinate production workflows, and ensure accurate estimates and on-time delivery. This role offers comprehensive training on company software and processes and provides a clear path for growth in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

Requirements7
