Overview

You will own client relationships for a managed print provider overseeing 250,000 devices across 3,500+ locations. You will serve as the primary contact, driving onboarding, support, and retention for a book of business. You will split time between office-based virtual support and 20% travel to client sites. What You'll Do9

  • 1Build long-term relationships with assigned clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all inquiries and needs.
  • 2Deliver pre-sale product demos and guidance, then manage post-sale onboarding and troubleshooting to ensure smooth adoption.
  • 3Monitor client health metrics and usage data to identify risks and growth opportunities, then act on them.
  • 4Process client orders with precision, verifying accuracy and timeliness to maintain satisfaction.
  • 5Travel to client locations (~20%) to provide hands-on support and strengthen in-person relationships.
  • 6Run virtual support sessions via phone, email, and video from the office, resolving issues quickly.
  • 7Escalate and resolve client concerns with clear communication across internal departments and senior management.
  • 8Collect client feedback and share insights with the team to improve the overall client experience.
  • 9Coordinate with internal teams to align on client needs, maximizing retention and identifying expansion opportunities.

Requirements8

  • 12+ years in client success, customer support, account management, or sales support.
  • 2Strong verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • 3Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
  • 4Comfortable working full-time in-office with periodic travel (~20%) to client sites.
  • 5Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field visits.
  • 6Hands-on experience with CRM tools for tracking client interactions and health.
  • 7Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for documentation and data tracking.
